COORDINATIOR ON THE DAY
Two bilingual, experienced planners for up to 10 hours. You would take care of the planning of your wedding yourselves and then send us over details, your timeline and all contact details no later than two weeks before the date of the wedding.
OUR SERVICE INCLUDES:
- On the day support to oversee set up
- Greeting and briefing suppliers as they arrive
- Greeting and guiding guests throughout the day
- We will do our best to iron out any problems that may crop up
- We will act as a point of contact on the day for any questions from guests or suppliers as required
On booking this service, please provide a staff meal for the two planners, this is usually planned for the same time as you and your guests are dining.
Please note that 'usual' setting up would include name cards on tables, candles, lanterns, decorations, seating chart, guest book table etc. It would not include electricity and we should not be expected to lift and carry furniture or climb ladders to hang chandeliers (for example).
Wedding favours should be made up before the date and ready at the venue for us to put out for you. Table name cards should be in order ready to be placed on the tables and supplied along with a copy of your seating plan.
€800 + 22% tax - As above
or
€1,200 + 22% tax if you require another planner on the day - For example if you have a separate ceremony and reception venue or if you have over 100 guests.
